Double Vee way construction is used for crossfeed movement and D2 hardened steel ways and linear ball bearings are used for longitudinal movement. 4. To maintain long life and maintenance free operation, we have installed an automatic lubrication system to supply the proper amount of oil to the guide ways and ball screw assemblies. 5. To avoid effects of heat and vibration, the hydraulic unit is separately installed behind the main unit. 6. For dustproof and waterproof purposes, a flat surface is used for the control panel.
