Functional Features
  • Control axes are the X(cross)axis and Y(vertical) axis which are simultaneously controlled.
  • The X(cross) axis and Y(vertical) axis use fully closed loop feed back control by the glass scale.
  • The safety lock function is provided for preventing malfunctions in Y(vertical) axis cut, handle (manual pulse generator) feed axis and magnification changeover.
  • Table stroke adjustment can be performed by one-touch operation without stopping the table.
  • The Input/Output interface (RS232C) is provided.
  • Program editing can be performed during grinding by the background edit function.*

    • Standard Features
  • To realize fine feed in an accurate and stable way, the ball guide and ball screw are used for the X(cross) axis and Y (vertical) axis.
  • For the purposes of attaining the long lifetime and maintenance-free operation, oil lubrication with automatic lubricator is applied to the ball guide of each axes, ball screw and cross-feed ball guide.
  • To avoid thermal displacement, the spindle and chuck are cooled by oil controlled at a constant temperature, the spindle motor discharges cool air with the fan.
  • To avoid effects of heat and vibration, the hydraulic device is separately installed behind the main unit.
  • For improvement of the dustproof and waterproof properties a flat panel is used for the control panel.
  • For improvement of rigidity, heavy special cast iron is used for the base column and saddle in a box shape structure.
  • The structure has eliminated overhang as much as possible, so a stable accuracy can be obtained.
